I no longer have notifications. The button is still there, but the page is not found. Snowmobile car for your time:
Edit: nevermind, it’s back. Was worried for a second given that other people have been having major Kinja problems lately.

Imagine. . .
. . . being able to post. I wish my notifications were broken instead.

Yeah... I hope you regain your ability to post soon. I feel like I’ve been pretty lucky so far in that I haven’t been having too many crazy problems with Kinja. It feels like it’s jus t a matter of time, though, before something does go wrong.

It’s actually pretty jarring to just be cut off from a significant creative outlet for me. There are always at least a half dozen ideas for posts I entertain at a time, and I just can’t channel that energy into work right now.

That really sucks. Have you thought about maybe trying to create a new account? You’d have to gain authorship all over again, but maybe it would work?

I prefer to have that as a last measure. Hopefully Kinja Help can fix it, fingers crossed.

Kinja is like a degenerative disease with IE and Edge (they’re all I can use, except iOS ). Nothing ever gets better, you just hope to hold onto the basic tasks for a while longer.
I do remember a time when I could just paste photos, edit text easily, type normal speed, paste text without creating a new paragraph, etc. Now every single post is like working in a DEV environment for test software.

I remember a time when I cou ld paste a photo, only one of said photo would appear, and if I pasted more photos, that original photo wouldn’t multiply. Photo-dump posts are just inconvenient now...

Silly you Kinja hates us all equally.
